Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, The RowAllen Group was founded in 2002 as Avidity Inc., and in 2006, was renamed to represent a change in focus. 

Today The RowAllen Group is a leading boutique provider of strategic staffing and direct hire placement solutions with a specialization in Accounting and Finance related positions.  We work on a contingency basis and approach our work with a singular goal in mind: To improve our client's business by connecting it with the best and brightest talent in the industry.

Managing Director and Founder, Jeremy S. Shedrow, leads the daily operations and strategic direction for

the firm.  Shedrow's background is the driving element behind The RowAllen Group's employment of a high touch, consultative approach to talent acquisition. Shedrow graduated from The University of Georgia and joined IBM as a Client Representative focused on clients in Technology and Professional Services in the Small and Medium Business Segment. Shedrow entered the recruitment industry with a mid-sized retained executive search firm conducting leadership level searches on a national basis. Shedrow's success led him to the nation's largest retained executive search firm where he serviced technology and professional services clients. His work included controller searches at two of Atlanta's largest publicly held technology companies, as well as, engagements with the Big Four Accounting firms and the world's most prominent management consulting firms.
